"What can I say? From start to end of our wedding planning process Blackstone was our saving grace. We planned our November 2023 Providence wedding from Los Angeles, and the Blackstone team (especially Gina!) made it seamless despite the long distance planning. Blackstone is truly a full service event caterer and worth every penny. They thought of every detail and took care of things that weren't even on my radar until they brought them up. More importantly they were super responsive, clear and transparent in their communication, and had endless patience for my questions and requests. We got married at the Roger William's Botanical Center and had to bring in everything ourselves, and Blackstone was essential in leading the entire wedding flow, rentals, etc. and everything else. We did have a Day of Coordinator to help with our DIYs, florals, and non-food timeline which was super important. And of course I haven't even started on the FOOD. Absolutely delicious!! Our guests were blown away. One major highlight was the customization of the "RI seafood" app station to include some Maryland seafood favorites as well to honor both my husband and my hometowns. Huge hit with the guests. Also the servers on the night of the wedding were wonderful! In the current climate where so many food & bev companies are short staffed, we felt like we were in great hands the entire night. I can't thank Gina, Dada, and the entire Blackstone staff enough!! I just wish we could get married again and do it all over."
