"It was fun for nostalgic reasons. Food was good. The place was certainly chaotic and young staff having a challenge to deal with issues. We were in Newport for an Irish Festival and it seemed like a classic thing to do. Was disappointed but eventually enjoyed some of it. The owners need to clean up the staff chaos and don't hold open booths closed to incoming customers. We did get seated as I requested after I made a stand. But the customer is right or your business will suffer."

"Took a really long time considering how empty the place was. It is hard to find good help, I know. 45 minutes is too long. My wife's chicken wings and french fries were cold. My chicken sandwich was okay. We skipped on dessert."

"My friends told me about the Awful Awful Milkshake, and I knew I had to have one. I had the bourbon caramel flavored one, and it was delicious! My Vermonster sandwich was amazing too. I took the second half home and it made for amazing leftovers. The servers were all very friendly and polite, even when we were acting very silly."

"Phenomonal job by the staff at Newport Creamery!! We had desserts only. They were very well portioned and very delicious. Our waitress, Lesa, was juggling multiple customers and did an excellent job. It was slightly busy, so a slight wait for a table but not a problem. Lesa was excellent, accurate, friendly and professional. The manager on duty was excellent and professional. The staff had an unfortunate "dine and dash" incident involving several teens and the Manager handled it professionally. Highly recommended!"
