"Experience was terrible there was a rather large man who I think was in charge was yelling at his staff and he slammed our bag of food on the counter 2 of our tacos were completely shattered and the nacho fries were upside down in the bag. Then to top it off all 4 of us ended up with food poisoning the next day and my burritos were dry as a bone will not eat here again wich is a shame because I actually like the grilled cheese burritos."

"I love this place period. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious, but the only downside at this location is definitely the employees and the atmosphere. They don't pay much attention and they sometimes ignore customers but I don't let that get in the way of me enjoying my crunch wrap and neither should you. I would highly recommend it to any age."

"If I could go without giving stars, I absolutely would. Haven't ordered from here in a very long time, but my 10yo wanted it. Ordered two Doritos tacos, just meat and cheese, large nacho fries, and Cinnamon twists. Paid my $10.01, drove 15ft, and it's just tacos. Five regular tacos. Go back in and they just could not comprehend what I was telling them, or that they were giving my order to the wrong car. Person on duty gave a snooty attitude, one employee said everyone on shift just started working there, and not one of them could comprehend what was going on, like a bunch of headless chickens. Luckily I finally got my order, only took a few minutes, but I swear it seemed forever, like watching circus animals topple over each other... Last time I had issues, I was not offered or granted a refund, simply told to call the help line and they would give me a gift card to my next purchase.. which never happened. Taco Bell just needs to shut down across the country because this isn't just an isolated problem."

"Have had a pretty mixed set of experiences at this location. Food is usually good (provided its the correct order), which might be worth a few extra staff training seminars on customer service and order taking. Good staff are hard to find. I recommend rewarding those who are doing a great job and finding some more just like them."

"As a college student, Taco Bell is usually an easy go to, but absolutely not with this Taco Bell. I think I’ve had some of the worst service here than I have at any other location. Usually I try to give the benefit of the doubt because I have worked in fast food before and know how stressful it can be, but without fail the workers are always rude, get the order wrong/miss items, and take absolutely forever in the drive through. They’ve seemingly been closed every day this past week according to google. Maybe this place is finally closing down after the huge slew of bad reviews, The only negative is that there aren’t any other close taco bell locations to go to instead."
