"Not one to typically review bus stations, but I had the most positive experience in Sherri and Cindy's Coffee Shop while waiting for a ride from the bus station. Everyone was so kind and made you feel right at home. If you're in the area, I recommend you grab a cup of coffee or bite to eat here :)"

"If you are picking up will-call tickets from Greyhound, note that the office closes at 4:30pm - Greyhound gave no indication of this. My bus was scheduled to arrive an hour after that, and I just barely was able to get my tickets printed by a kind employee who was just leaving."
"This bus station is ok. It's kind of outside the central area of downtown, and doesn't feel like a very safe neighborhood to be waiting alone at night. The teller inside sold my father the ticket he needed, but didn't tell him a bus number or know the number when I asked. The drivers of the 2 buses outgoing were both confused and both said they were not the correct bus. In the end we trusted our instincts and got him on the right bus, but no thanks to the employee or drivers of Greyhound."
