"Lots of time I delivered load here, Appointment is required don’t late they have fine/delay penalty if you late more than 2 hours need reschedule appointment. Some time unload you early sometimes they took time it’s depends on product. Us foods Lumper fee also one of reason for delays. Additionally “Parking near by Rest areas only however MA state rest area is congested other side NH state rest area is bigger lot with Vending machines open 24hrs”"

"It’s so long! You’ll lost day, my appointment was at 8am, arrived here at 7am, still no unloading truck. It’s terrible facility, If you don’t want lost a day avoid this place."

"Warning to y'all truck drivers! This place is by APPOINTMENT! YOU MISS BY 30 MINUTES, YOU PAY $50, 1 HR $100, 2 HR $120, 3 HRS 150 4 HRS $200 TO INFINITY... I read the comments before I got here, so I was very deliberate to show up on time. Unfortunately, 1 hour away, my steer tire blew up. I called them right away, and they said, "If very late, we might not unload you. 4 hours after my appointment, I showed up, and guess what? They charged me $200. I say, but I called,,,I even have the receipts for repairs. They say it doesn't matter. You have to pay. Bottom line, these guys are out to make money ! They don't care. Btw, I was kinda curious. What about if I got there late for like 12 hours or more??? All my pay on the load could have vanished.. Be informed, and be careful!!!"

"45 min early checked in for Appointment. 4 pallets 3 stacked. 3 hours later paid all fees and charges. 4 hours latter still waiting for green light to be released from dock….ill get back with final results"
