"Charged $5.38 for tap water. The manager said tap water is the same price as soda. Really? Bathroom was dirty and the rice and beans were not edible."

"This place just gets it all wrong. Lobby always closed, long line and yet the food still never comes out right. Is there a meat shortage taco bell?! Fire the kid who portions the tacos. No accuracy. Missed half the ingredients and the ones he did include wouldn't feed a mouse. $25 for an airplane taco missing half it's parts!"

"Wish I could give 0 stars. The kid at the register was tweaking out taking our order and very rude. Put the entire order in wrong. We asked for crunchy tacos and got soft tacos. Asked for no tomatoes on the Crunchwrap and got tomatoes. Didn’t get cheese sauce for the nacho fries. The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Disgusting inside the restaurant as well."

"I have try to give this location several chances because I know they are short staffed, but they seriously can not get an order right. I do door dash my orders since I am at work, so it is not my dashers fault that the order is wrong and calling them doesn't help because I can't leave work to get the order fixed. This location needs someone that can actually read the orders on the screen. I will not be back. Ex. Asked for no protein since I am a vegetarian and I get beef on all of the order."

"Everything about this experience was unpleasant. To start the kid taking our order was rude didn't listen to what I was telling him when I wanted to order. The wait time was awful we waited 45 minutes for Crunchwrap Supreme because they messed up our order. I overheard the employees arguing about it and it was like everybody there was messed up on something they were all in la la land. When I was finally able to sit down with my children and eat my food everything was wrong the food was not good. If I wanted to complain I would have had to wait because they didn't pay attention to anybody that was standing there even if you said something nobody listened. I should have just put my food up there and demanded a refund after everything but I just wanted my kids to eat that was what was important I don't know who's running the show there but do better I know it's only Taco Bell in KFC it's not the best job in the world nobody wants to be there I get it but do better treat your customers right"
