"This store is never open. It would be best to close this location or invest in staffing it properly. The few employees that work here are hard workers and burnt-out from carrying the weight of an understaffed retail store. This has been going on for quite some time at this point. I’m done attempting to come to this store with my business because it’s either closed during business hours or short on inventory."

"Won’t be going here anymore. I went to trade in some items and they offer cash/venmo/mastercard/store credit. I told the employee I want the Venmo option. He said that there’s a transfer fee which I told him I’m aware and that it’s fine I still want Venmo. Completely ignores me gives me the Mastercard. He also said to my face “I’ll never give cash I just tell people to take the card” that is very unprofessional and rude."

"My son got a GameStop gift card and purchased a used Xbox game because they didn't have new copies. Brought it home, plugged it in and it would load past 57% with error message damaged or dirty disk. Returned with receipt and was told we could only get two dollars back. Don't care about the money but GameStop stole from an eleven year old. Will never ever do business with GameStop again!"

"Store is never open according to their times posted online and in the store! It always is closed 2 hours early and is always opened later than posted. It's so bad to the point where I've seen an employee in the store on their phone with the door locked even though the store was said to be open for another hour! UPDATE: Literally tried to return something here and the employee just closed the door and said he's taking a lunch break at 3:15 PM and won't return until 4:00 PM. This location is a joke!"

"First: they have zero reliable staff and don't work the hours that's posted. Second: I just tried to get a reimbursement at the Wilmington store and the new manager woman here said it's their policy that clearance stuff is final sale despite an earlier staff member stating a return would be acceptable within a week and my receipt not stating this supposed clearance policy as well. I asked the manager to pinpoint on my receipt the FINAL SALE POLICY and she could not do so. I made for a dispute with my credit card and look to get my money back and keep the merchandise I was otherwise trying to return honestly. But I'm so done with GameStop."
