"Every single time I have to get a Sandwich at this location It is horrible. Cold as ice every time. Works seems like they don’t even put effort in their work. I have to keep reminding myself to go to a different location. This location unfortunately can’t be fixed"

"I drove thru and ordered a cold brew and a croissant stuffer at 5:55 pm. They close at 8:00 pm. When I pull up to the window I was told by the employee that she doesn’t have any cold brew and the oven is off and can’t serve me anything from my order. I asked for a refund and she said she can’t do that because there is no manager working and to try calling a Dunkin help number on the app. Super frustrating and a waste of time and why is the oven off 2 hours before closing???"

"This is the best place to go if you need a bathroom with a rocking soundtrack to dance to to keep yourself from crying on break while you get coffee. Staff is nice too and the drinks are more consistent each visit than most other dunks."

"Ok, so it was busy and Sunday... but still! I went inside because the drive through was jammed. Inside was chaos. Took forever to get my food and there was only 1 person in front of me! Then I get down the street and I have someone else's food. But the worst part is that when I went back to get my sandwiches, the woman making the food is blaming me. She gave me the bag, I didn't come back behind the counter and pick up a random bag. Nevermind the fact that my avocado toast with bacon wouldn't have had bacon on it if I wasn't watching her make it! Clearly they are under staffed but also poorly managed. Scratch this one off my list!"

"Place was big horse, waited 30 minutes in the drive threw finally when I got to the speaker I was greated with “can I help you” I placed my ordered and had to wait another 20 minutes to get to the window. I said good morning to the person at the window and The gremlin standing there didn’t even say anything to me the entire time, even when I got my food and said “thanks” I got nothing. Horrible experience"
