"I'm giving three stars because I usually have had good experiences here and go to this one frequently. This morning, however, 4/4/22 @ 8:30 a.m. I was at the drive thru for 30 seconds with no acknowledgment I was there, so I simply said, "Hello?" and the woman on the other side said, "I'll be right with you." I said, "No, problem." Then she must have forgotten to turn off her mic because I heard her say, "This one over here all like, 'Hellooo?' All rude with an attitude. No! Goodbye! Goodbye!" I was very tempted to respond with, "You know I can hear you, right?" I'm very disgusted, because no doubt other patrons inside the DD heard her as well. If you're going to badmouth customers, at least be sure they can't hear you."
