She only thinks about her own pocket, sell low, sell fast. It costed me lots of $$ going with her &I never forget her and myself for choosing her. DONOT GO WITH HER EVEN IF SHE IS THE LAST REAL ESTATE PERSON ON EARTH. I mean it. Big mistake ,to buy or sell when she is involve. Walk away."

"This realtor proceeded on a sale of 6199 Canterbury Dr. #102, Culver City 90230, without full disclosure of serious noise issues coming from the apt. above in #202. I rented #102, for one year prior to sale, from owner Siddharth Ranka. In apt. #202 was a heavy metal rock drummer who drummed all day and night, had a dog that barked non stop when he left apt., he would ran bath for 1hr in the middle of night above master bedroom, making sleep impossible. The HOA and owner did not resolve these issues. This was disclosed to Ms Lesny prior to sale. Not giving disclosures of this nature is unjust and wrong."

"If you are a prospective buyer, seller, tenant, I would strongly consider finding another property if Vivian Lesny or her employees are involved. My family and I had the absolute misfortune of not reading the Google reviews about Ms. Lesny. At the bare minimum we all want to give Agents the benefit of the doubt whenever we read reviews. Our minds usually drift into wanting to believe reviews are just the "sounding board" for people who feel admonished in a real estate transaction. Sadly, our plight as a tenant started with a rental property full of misrepresentations by both Vivian Lesny and her staff. It's hard to believe a woman who aims to project so much professionalism is actually devoid of basic tact and integrity. At every turn there has been issues. "Issues with the exact cost of the security deposit, issues with delivering the property in working order, proper walkthrough of the property to insure it's cleanliness, issues with her true relationship to the property when there is an issue, but she has ABSOLUTELY no problem collecting your MONEY. When we asked her about the problems she became clearly agitated and responded like a toddler instead of a real estate agent. "Do NOT contact me again? "Hey wait? Didn't you just lease a property to me?" This level of repugnant behavior is something no tenant should have to endure. My family and I are a cautionary tale of the value of NOT RESEARCHING REAL ESTATE AGENTS and the potential cost of not taking the time to read reviews. Had I taken the time I would never have chosen to work with Ms. Lesny or anyone associated with her. Please don't let a fancy handbag, and Hollywood glamour shots be the reason you put your trust into a realtor/agent/broker. After all this is Los Angeles, Everyone wants to sell you something or show you how amazing they can be at their profession. It's not just the local scammers you have to watch out for. It's the real estate agents too! Use Google/Yelp or any other means to know who you're doing business with! Cheers!"

"Bought a condo in Culver City that Lesny Real Estate had flipped themselves and we have had nothing but problems due to their poor construction methods. A combination of cheap plumbing shortcuts, incorrectly installed fixtures, and simple incompetent construction methods have costs us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. The bathtub drain was literally not hooked up to anything when we took ownership of the place and it got worse from there. Buyer beware! Have the plumbing checked out in detail by a trusted professional before considering a Lesny property."
