"I went to return an item I received as a gift. I was not greeted when I entered and no one asked to take the large item I carried in to the counter while I shopped. I found an item to replace the gift and went to the counter; a worker rudely told me I was standing in the wrong location, then I was told that the gift was a final sale and could not be retuned. The item was sized completed wrong and should probably have been labeled 2 to 3 sizes smaller. The company clearly should have been made aware of this mistake. There was no apology and no attempt to remedy the situation. For the prices that are being charged for poorly made items, you would think the workers would at least be polite. I will not be spending any money at this store."

"So I went there a few weeks ago looking for a dress for a wedding. No one acknowledged me…carried all the clothes I wanted to try on around the store …still no one acknowledged me. Went to dressing room…had to wait till employees were done taking before they helped me. I walked out feeling really uncomfortable. This has never been my experience there. I asked the manager if there was an all hands off policy in place. So disappointing…and will be quite awhile till I go back if at all. Certainly not the same that I am used too."

"So I went in yesterday at 6:30 the first thing the guy says to me is we close at 7:00 pm! It really rubbed me wrong! I walked in at 6:25 pm. I wasn’t asked if I need anything so I quickly shopped because he obviously wanted me out. I purchased my items and left feeling really bad. When u spend top dollar you expect top notch service. I needed an out for a very important meeting. I was getting dressed today and realized the sensors were left on my shirt! I will never come back to the Fresno store. Anthro has very cute close but I will spend my money elsewhere. So rude and unprofessional not inviting at all. I never receive this story of service in San Jose or Los Angeles it gives them a bad name."

"My first time time shopping here, and it was sups awesome. I will admit the pricing is a bit more on the heavy side, but the clothes are SUPER cute and they have good sales! Marie was such a huge help, and so friendly and funny!"
