"Just an Ohio Mom doing some online Christmas shopping for a hard to find pair of Ugg shoes. Found their website while doing a google search for these shoes,I called the store to inquire and ordered them on a Sunday and they arrived in Ohio on Friday! Wonderful experience with this store. A Big thank you to the ladies I spoke to on the phone and to the person shipping the shoes. Packaged nicely and arrived quickly. If you don't live in California, seriously don't be afraid to call and order shoes from this store. Excellent experience!!!!!!!!"

"I LOVE this store. I used to shop at the big warehouse store but not since I discovered this place. Always a pleasant experience. I own several pairs of shoes from here and have yet to be disappointed. Every pair is high quality and will last for years. For me shoes are an investment on my feet. Just as with a good mattress (spending a majority of your life on) so are shoes (feet taking a beating day after day). Any future purchases will be not because I need a pair of shoes but because I can’t resist cute comfortable shoes. I wish more things today were made with quality and care like the shoes in Heart and Sole."
