"If you enjoy finding treasures in consignment shops, this is the place to go. I have found some great items at really good prices-nice jackets and true religion jeans to name just a couple. The only negative thing I would say is it may seem a bit cluttered but I think they might be overwhelmed with how many items people drop off. But other than that, it’s located right across the street from the mall so you can really save some money and decide to shop here instead!"
"Clothes being checked by young kids who rejected Brand new clothes with tags purchased less then 2 months ago, Ann Taylor’s pencil skirts dry cleaned rejected. Cheetah heels valued at $250 was said not to be for teens. This store was taking huge bags with tags I guarantee we’re stolen."
"These girls are obviously racists and have no sense of style. I brought in over 100 piece of clothing, many new and they bought NOTHING! I also took some time to shop here and the clothing selections were poor, barely anything stylish. I've shopped at many other Plato's and this is the worst location by far. The girls were also very rude, gossiping and making ugly remarks on the clothes customers brought in! I am reminded of why I have not stepped in this store for years! Will never come back here to support this business bc they have rude employees and bad clothing selections!"
"I went to sell clothes today and after sorting was told they wouldn’t accept anything I brought. When I got home and unloaded my items, I realized one I brought to sell is missing. (Brand new, with tags, completely unused, definitely something they would accept, but they didn’t pay me for it.) I called the store and employees were not helpful in recovering the missing item. At this point I consider it stolen and will not be returning to Plato’s closet."
