"We arrived 30min before closing, had to wait to talk to someone then went to look at an appliance. When we were ready to buy we were told to come back the next day. Adjust your times if you close your checkout 15min before closing or communicate that with people when they're clearly interested in buying something. Sales and customer service do not matter here."

"Purchased a refrigerator and washer/dryer from appliance factory In Grand Junction CO. We set up delivery and first delivery date was canceled due to no delivery guys available, When the appliances were finally delivered two of the three were damaged bringing them in the house along with my wall. So at this point I have a broken freezer door on my Refrigerator and a scratched up dryer and a wall to fix and paint. This place is a joke and I do not recommend them at all. Stay as far away as you can!!!"

"Do Not Buy from this store! The Frigidaire refrigerator that I bought had issues with the French door & after 2 service calls it's still not right. Also I noticed a small spot on stove handle that is missing finish. Sent me the wrong replacement part & refused to install new one because it would void the warranty! It's now been 2 months of double talk with promise of expedited action but no one including the Presidents Hotline can tell me what they're going to do. Truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.Meanwhile I have to make sure that the refrigerator door is fully closed every time I use it. Beyond frustrated"
