"I couldn't use self-checkout, so I went to the normal line. The cashier seemed to think it was appropriate to complain to me, using a curse word, about the other employees. That was bad enough. Then, the girl bagging my items kept on berating me about my "expensive" wine. When I go to a grocery store, I want to get what I need to get and go home. I don't want to hear this sort of banter, and I certainly have no interest in some random stranger commenting on what I buy."

"Been shopping at the store for over 20 years. Love it as it's convenience and my home grocery store. But as of late, they never have any product. I'm finding myself having to travel across town to other stores. Just to get the few items I came for. On top of the fact I can never get food out of their deli anymore. It's either really old or completely gone by 4 PM."
