"This company was hired by the HOA of my community and failed to obtain health permits before they started work. The work has been completed now for months (mid April) and the pool is still closed because of those said health permits not being obtained before hand. This company stated that they “didn’t know that health permits were needed”."
"PrimeCo has recently repainted 142 garage doors in the Cortina HOA. They turned them from looking old and oxidized to new. The paint crew doing the job had many obstacles to overcome. Mostly weather and old paint issues. All done while keeping the community managers and residents informed. A job very well done!"
"This company was hired by my HOA to do wood repairs, stucco repairs, illegal window box removals, and painting. Instead of disposing of stucco and other debris in a responsible way, it was found buried in my plant area. They refused to clear it. They removed window boxes after they told me they would inform me before doing so. In prepping for painting, they only power wash what they can reach with a 6 foot ladder. They refused to replace cracked wood when they had contracted to do so. Horrible attitude. Site supervisors unresponsive. Poor communication between site and company. I’d give them a Zero if I could."
"As an HOA property manager for the last 5 years in San Diego I have worked with many different contractors on many different projects. I am pleased to say that my latest experience with PrimeCo was an extremely pleasant one! My PrimeCo representative Zach walked me through every step of the project; from the beginning stages he helped me put together project bid documents that made it very easy for me to receive bids, and execute the project with a clear and focused vision. Zach made himself available to walk the project multiple times, meet with board members, and attend board meetings to present his company, and explain the project process in detail. As well as this, he reached out to different industry contacts on my behalf to get specifications written for the necessary coating systems involved with my project. Because of the extra time and attention Zach dedicated to my project, the Board decided to move forward with PrimeCo as their selected contractor. The project was not without it’s ups and downs, as any construction project is, but the communication from the PrimeCo team ensured that the project stayed on track, and the board’s expectations were always met. Their system of invoicing every 14 days, not taking a down-payment, and only billing for work completed that has been officially signed off by an authorized representative of the HOA made it easy to sign checks and feel good about money well spent. I would recommend PrimeCo for your next project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to any HOA that I manage."
"My HOA hired this company to paint the outside of my condo at the Woodbridge Laurels in Irvine. They made a big mess on the deck of my unit with paint drips, overspray and footprints. Our management company has requested several times that they come to clean it up, but they still have not done it. Not only is their work sloppy, but now they don't stand by their workmanship.
