"Horrible company. A crew was contracted to remodel the apartment above mine. (El Cajon, CA). If you want TRASH, LEAKS, DAMAGED PATIO FURNITURE, and SAFETY HAZARDS... This is the company to hire. Called foreman but he did nothing to remedy the situation."
"Construction over my apartment left me sleepless. They start at 8 and bang on the walls for hours. Very very very unprofessional they also play their music at the same time. Again 8 am slamming a blasting music. Really unprofessional also no Forman on site. Again unprofessional"
"I live in a complex that they have been contracted to work in. They moved forward with out notifying the office or the owners of the vehicles in the carports. They wrapped and taped my car with NO CONSENT. When I asked the workers, they just lied. Would not give me the business information. If you are a looking at contracting this team please think twice. The workers do what they want and do NOT stick to guidelines. Horrible workers. I have pictures of everything that I will be sending to the owner if this company so he can see what his workers do if he's not lookin ."
"Our management company hired PS2 to complete minor repairs to our newly leased facility in Gardena and we experienced several problems with the quality of the service. Although the laborers did a fantastic job with painting the facility, several of the doors were unable to shut properly after they finished installing the locks. In addition, many of the electrical socket covers where lost or broken and two of the office lights have faulty electrical problems and no longer turn on. Once again I am not here to place blame on anyone, however many of these problems did not exist until they completed the repairs. Several days later I gave PS2 a telephone call to discuss the Ceiling Foil Insulation. You see, the laborer arrived with a roll of Foil however no insulation. When I expressed my concern to the Owner of PS2 about the insulation, he was very demeaning and insulted me."
