"I don't know where to start. I took the car there to replace a tire and check for the oil leak from the engine. They dismounted my tire and told me they couldn't patch it as the tire is too old. "Per regulation, they are not allowed to do so!" That's not the problem. The problem is they damaged the tire bead! I did not even know it until I brought the old tire to another mechanic on the next day. Now, I have to buy a used tire instead of patching it.... Very bad experience in Gardena, especially since I just moved here two weeks ago."
