"I really wanted to work with this company to fix a few house hold appliances, after asking the owner a few questions over the phone she seemed to get irritated with me and ended up blocking my phone number and I could no longer get in contact with them. I called them from my phone a few times and it would go straight to voicemail then called from a different number and the call went through. I understand companies have the right to chose who they work with it was just very shocking and disappointing that they would actually block me from receiving their services. I didn't cuss them out say anything rude to them, I did get irritated while on the call because Myrna was very impatient and talking over me while I would ask questions. I've never experienced this type of behavior from a business but that's all on that."
