"Update: I was contacted by Elizabeth the other day regarding our recent experience. I do appreciate the quick response regarding the issues listed below. We will give them another chance as we have always had a good experience before this incident. I really hope they speak/train the service advisor my husband had to deal with that day to make other customers feel welcomed and look out for their interest. Usually helped out by Marvin (always helpful), but unfortunately he was not available the date my husband took the car in for service. This day they denied my husband using a voucher which Gardena Honda sent to me via email “because our vehicle didn’t qualify” yet it’s been used before. When he tried to use another coupon voucher also sent via email by Gardena Honda for a basic 19% off our service (no restrictions noted on the coupon) he was also denies using it. When he asked why they simply said “oh that doesn’t qualify either, it just doesn’t.” Needless to say we will be driving to a closer Honda dealership for all future services needed."
