"While Wawa generally stands as a beacon of convenience with a loyal customer base, not all locations maintain the same standard. The Wawa in question falls short of the brand’s reputation for quality service. It’s the little details that make or break a customer’s experience, and unfortunately, this particular store doesn’t quite hit the mark. Whether it’s the warmth of a greeting or the speed of checkout, service is the silent ambassador of the brand, and this location seems to have lost its voice. Customers come with expectations set by the trust they’ve placed in Wawa over the years, but at this establishment, they’re met with disappointment. Here’s hoping for a return to the high standards that both the brand and its patrons deserve."

"By far the worse Wawa I have ever need to in my over 30 years of shopping at Wawa Stores. A few months ago they went all Kiosk for ordering and you could order everything, now they seem like all they do is cook food and they aren’t so great at that either. As of today, I will NOT go here anymore. If I have time I will walk to the Penn U Wawa which is like 3 blocks away but is still a normal Wawa store where you can shop and feel like a valued customer. Idk what you’re doing here Wawa but shame on you!"

"There were only four customers in the store and there were five Wawa employees behind the sandwich counter and no one behind the registers. So me and another person just waited at the register like ok why isn’t there any behind. I understand they were short staffed but really."

"This wawa needs serious… and I mean SERIOUS change from the workers to the way it’s designed. The inside has limited and digital only options. There was no fries and no mozzarella sticks. Even after paying me and my friends were not offered any replacement, so basically stealing my money. Not only that but the workers TARGETED my group of friends saying there was no sitting or eating in the store when other customers were both sitting and eating. They were rude the whole time, didn’t give out orders that were obviously ready and caught an attitude when you asked about your order. Not only that but the hot foods we ordered were not on par with my wawa standard. Will never be coming back here again in my life if there was a gun to my head. Go here if you want to be terrorized for food YOU PAID FOR. I have never felt the need to make a review in my whole LIFE besides today."
