"Several years ago I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a cremation in Florida, where staff were cold and pushy about selling me more than I needed. Recently I used Paul's Chapel for another cremation and the experience was just the opposite. Staff were respectful and helpful even in my stressful, emotional state, they answered my questions clearly, and helped walk me through the necessary steps. I appreciate their professionalism."

"Well, I was a little on the upset side because I gave necklaces to the Paul’s chapel, they couldn’t find the necklace and then that processes well can’t you run home and get her some more those necklaces are sacred it’s regalia they’re special with native people then I found out when I was talking to another family, the Hostler family and they told me they described her necklaces so they put her necklaces on the wrong person. They probably figure one Indians, the same as the other. And then, when we were putting her down into the grave, Paul’s chapel forgot to lock the casket, so the casket lid popped open with my auntie, so then, my cousin had to lock the casket while it was in the down in the grave, my auntie was going to go to Sanders, but decided to go back to paul’s so I was just kind of sad how the services went Paul chapter these two incidents and it’s not taken. They’re not doing anything about it with the necklaces they’re ignoring it. It was gonna be a close casket. I decided to leave it open since my aunt look really good, and my uncle came from South Dakota to see her that’s how I discovered the necklaces were missing I would’ve probably never known."
