"Drove an hour to view your inventory. Arrived at 4:15 to discover a sign saying will return at 4:30 and a customer waiting to do a return since 2pm. Came back at 4:45 sign still up... Tried again at 5:30 and watched another customer attempt the locked doors. Between the recent reviews and what I experienced today I don't think your someone I want to do business with I guess I'll go spend my money with someone that is serious about doing business."
"I purchased a washer and dryer set here. I was very pleased when saw many clean sets that were ready to go. I got a GE set and had it delivered. Both units looked brand new inside and out. I ran a load but it did not look like the spin cycle ran. I took it back and it had a motor/transmission issue. They replaced both with no charge. When you purchase a used item there is always a chance it will have issues. I could not be more pleased with the way J's handled the situation. I got a great deal on a set before the repair, now I am way ahead. I will be buying all of my appliances here in the future. I recommend you do the same."
"They didn't test appliances. The dryer sounds like it has shoes in it when it's empty. The washing machine leaks, the casing around drum is broke, and missing chunks of plastic from the casing so there is no way to repair it. I believe they tried the electricity and it turned it on but I do not believe that they could have possibly have put water in it and check to see if the washer was working because it would have been impossible not to notice the giant puddle that comes out the bottom. I guess he believes that it was tested. I will post pictures when I get back to the house where the washer is, I paid cash and the receipt is taped to the top, I will post that too., but my wife and I were definitely there with our kids and bought an LG washer and dryer 2 weeks ago, first week of May 2024. Great prices, but make sure you pay the extra 10% for the 30 day guarantee so you can exchange washers with them until you get a winner. Don't be cheap."
