"Our Companies CharlestownRoofs and TinyHomeDesigns are not based in this area but are building a cabin around Lansing and purchased a lumber order here. The service was absolutely fantastic. The employees were polite, respectful, and friendly. I could not believe how quick they worked to get our entire order of lumber. I’ve been to many hardware stores all over and I can’t say I have received better service anywhere else. Jamie, Sergio, Tim, and company were excellent!"

"I went to Lowe’s and purchased a chandelier that was at a great price. And when I went to grab another of a different size, and smaller Size the price was 2 times more of the price I purchased the bigger chandelier. So now I have this huge chandelier which is beautiful. And the smaller one from the same family which is needed for dining room is 2 times more expensive. I’ll wait a few weeks but if the price don’t go down I will return this chandelier."

"Rescheduled my delivery of an appliance twice. Called to cancel delivery so I could pick it up, they instead canceled my entire order. The person who took my call to cancel delivery so i could pick it up was very rude and didn't bother to understand what I was actually calling to do. Before she canceled my entire order on the phone she said she was doing something, I said "I'm sorry" trying to get her to repeat herself or verify what she was doing before she did it. She chose to ignore that request and moved ahead with doing whatever she thought I wanted to begin with. I then call the 800 number for assistance saying not to refund cancel my entire order, or refund store credit instead of the account I had since closed. 800 tries to reach out to store. The store then gives the 800 number rep the go around saying they need to talk with their manager and get back with me, without giving a time frame for that call. I proceed to go to the store given I can't wait around all day by the phone seeing I work, and they tell me that I'm out of luck. So now I have to wait 3-5 days for them to refund my card, for me the bank to then refund me 3-5 days probably. So 10 days without a refrigerator bc these guys can't get their delivery drivers to work, and their customer service people are rude and don't care to establish what someone is calling in for before they hastily do whatever they can to get off the phone as quickly as possible. I'd give a 0 star if it was possible."

"I was going to give them a 5 star for product availability but the majority of customer service really sucks!! You DO NOT walk away from a customer just leaving them standing there trying to figure out what's going on with the transaction. Maybe if the associate had asked the customer beforehand or even talked to the customer they wouldn't have needed a manager. Update your system Lowe's so customers are satisfied with the level of satisfaction when they walk out of your store!!!"

"Very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a tool box from Black Friday sales as a Christmas gift. I checked in the following week as it was late. They said the trucks were running late and it would show up soon. Well 2 and a half weeks later and 10 days before Christmas I call and am told that it will not be coming and it needs to be cancelled. Well no problem they had other colors in stock on sale for the same price. I was informed that due to it being a different part number they cannot give me the price on that box even though I ordered when on sale and was cancelled with no problem on my end. I spent around 5000 this last year at lowes and they are 15 min aways Home Depot it 25 minutes away. Sounds like I’ll have to drive an extra 10 minutes and take my business to Home Depot."
