"Don’t go here for paint! The manger of the paint department is so rude and such a jerk. He made our second can of paint wrong and claimed it was because of a different brand. He’s so unfriendly and you can tell he hates his job. Never coming back and will go to Lowe’s in the future."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every special order we've placed last year had issues with fulfillment. And I understand vendors have issues but not once did anyone from Menards call, email or update us on the changed status. Every issue we had we had to call multiple times and send emails before getting a response from them with not even factual information but a , we'll check and find out what's going on. Even then, I had to call back to get status updates and when i show up at the store with my receipt to get a full refund, then they somehow figured out the issue. Over two month wait for items that were in stock and even now as I type I'm waiting on another order that was supposed to be delivered last week! The DC is 2 hours away and now after asking why the items are showing still in stock but not shipped and that I would drive and pick it up myself they change my order status to manufacturer backordered. What happened to companies that understood how to communicate with the customer regarding changes in their orders? Why is it so hard to do your job!!!???"
"I never thought I'd be writing a review for Menards but my experience this morning was EXCEPTIONAL! Darci at the customer service desk was absolutely fantastic and radiated a warm welcoming energy. She made a stressful complicated process seem so easy. This is the kind of person every employer out dreams of having. "Went in the store to get a washer hose hook up, was in the store maybe 15 mins, when I came back out my vehicle had been hit, was parked directly in front of a camara, went back into a store, they checked the camara confirmed that it had happen, but was unable to read the License plate of the car, an they would not give me the footage or let me see it, so then the manger said there was nothing to do, Will not ever return, what is the point of having camaras when 30 feet away it cannot read a plate. Here is a picture of the camara right behind my truck, Thank you again for the 1000 plus bill mernards."
