"This is a great supermarket with lots of potential. I love that it's close to my house, and I can walk there whenever I need something specific. However, I'm really sad that they don't have much variety in international (Latin) products. I usually run out of my Goya products, and they don't have much stock of them. Also, that aisle always seems to be a mess! I guess there are more people looking for the same things as I am (lol) Despite that, I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness."
"Ad says one thing, shelf tag says another, scanner says another. I brought it up to the clerk and she nor the manager made it right. I've always liked Martin's customer service until today. Watch out for false advertising in the ad and on the shelf!!"

"The store is nice and meat department is good when and if they are open. In the past 6 days i have stopped 3 times only to see a sign that says it’s temporary closed. I am done stopping on Jackson street it’s closed more than it’s open. Updated 12/7/2023 As Martins requested I sent an email to the email they provided the following day. That has been over a month ago and I still have never received a reply. I guess the meat department must be the one that returns the emails when they have extra time. I drive on out to Martins on Co Rd 4 where they actually take care of the customers or stop at Meijer on my way. Its really a shame Jackson a great location."
"Clean and well stocked shelves. They have ready to eat meals made in house. Had the brisket and I could barely pick it up without it falling off my fork. Could use more health food options."
