They encouraged me to take time to see each dress in a different light, sitting/standing, with this veil/that veil - making me feel even more confident in my final decision :) *Note: dress pictured is not the dress I chose but another dress that I absolutely adored !"

"Overall experience has been wonderful! I felt like a VIP when I walked in for my appointment, to when I purchased my dress! Everyone was super kind to myself and my bridal party. Was super grateful that they do alterations in house, and it was a flat fee. "I had been paired up with Lauren and Jordan for my appointment during a trunk show. Service before the appointment was fairly good. I was asking a lot of questions and got a response usually within 3 days. I got different answers along the way about dress pricing and dress availability from the time of inquiry to the appointment. At the appointment, the staff was very friendly and easy to work with! I like that they let the family join with picking out dresses to try on. The dress is what sold me at this place, thanks for having my dream dress!"

"My experience with Ivory Row Bridal had been everything I dreamed and more! I found them while looking specifically for a dress by Maggie Sottero, and they were the only shop listed in Arizona. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and I was so excited to try on their beautiful dresses. The staff were incredible- friendly, personable, and absolutely clocked our vibe and matched our mood. I was looking for Maggie Sottero specifically for her gorgeous non traditional black gowns, and I was ecstatic to see that Ivory Row had a whole selection of non traditional dresses! The staff went above and beyond when it came to helping me in and out of the gowns, as well as staging me with flowers, veils, and crowns to truly get a vision of my wedding day. The payment and contract portion of my appointment was straight forward and easy, they were very clear with their prices as well as the process for shipping the dress in. They were even able to order extra fabric to create a veil for me to perfectly match my dress. I cannot wait to get my dress next month. If any bride to be needs a recommendation, this fantastic family run boutique is the place to go!!"
