"Went in today and was drawn back at the lack of communication or a welcome by employees. I was in the store for about 10 minutes before I got a hello and what are you looking for. 1/10 experience. Almost seemed like the employee was annoyed I was there. Will not be back or recommend."

"I found one Nike dunk low I was interested in buying after trying them on but then when I was about to purchase them, one of employees who was helping me to check out told me I wouldn't get an original box since these are limited shoes so they would replace to some random dunk low shoe box instead. It sounded very suspicious so I asked why, and then they said it's one of their policies as an excuse. After that, the employee he told me that's fine if I was no longer interested in buying those shoes lol I was literally speechless like I am paying my shoes with the original box whether I wear them or not. I rarely leave a comment about places but this store. Please be aware of this sketchy place, indeed."

"Shady business, I won a raffle for some shoes, they charged me, they said they would ship between 4-5 business days, they didn’t. I opened 3 tickets asking about where my shoes were, their response was that they were experiencing delays and it will take up to 10-14 business days to get my shoes, and they wouldn’t let me cancel because of their policies. I more than 3 weeks since I was charged by them and today I got an email saying that my order is canceled, just like that. What really pisses me of is the fact that the shoes that I won in their “SCAM” raffle, I also won them in another store but since I was charged by Feature I decided not to go get them at the other store. Now after of 3 weeks I have no shoes and they still have my money. Super shady store, bottom line DONT do any or their raffles, don’t do business with such a shady store."

"Awesome place to pick up some sought after clothing and shoes. This is a great location for them to have opened up a new store. The store is a bit small but they have a nice selection of athletic shoes."

"So apparently it's not just me judging from some of these other reviews - I placed an online order with them NOV 25th. Here we are - DEC 27th - more than a month later, and they're still telling me that my order is "in line" in their warehouse. They won't cancel my order/refund me, they won't ship the item I paid for - and agreed with what several other reviewers have said, their customer service is pretty much non-existent. BUYER BEWARE: You will get nothing but the run-around from this "company" and they will make ZERO effort to provide you with any real or meaningful customer support. SHOP ONLINE WITH THIS VENDOR AT YOUR OWN PERIL."
