"What an experience! Everyone was extremely helpful (Barb L), the store was clean and organized and all the staff seemed to be on a mission to help you! My wife and I really enjoyed chatting with the employees and hearing their advice about certain deals or products that were available while trying on clothes. It's tough honestly to find good customer service anymore at a retail store, but it's nice to know some places still have it! Thanks Kierland store, keep it up! We will be back!"
"won't be shopping online at this store. BEWARE, they charge you shipping to return an item! Bought a blouse on sale, didn't fit right, $8.95 to ship back! Ridiculous, would only get $15 back so decided to donate it, not worth it. Lost my business, will only be online shopping at places like Nordstrom, Macy's and Amazon which all have free returns!"
"The store is well kept, but the staff is clearly more focused on avoiding you and cleaning than helping you. I was there shopping for a work event, and no one said hello to me, told me specials, or even started a fitting room. When I was in the fitting room, no one came to assist me, even when I left to go find an additional size. If I didn't need to purchase something for work, I wouldn't have bought anything at all."
"I was shopping for my wife in here and Candice just looked like she didn’t want to be there. Me and my wife love this store, but wit fairness have never had a good experience with Candice. We have been there a handful of times and every time she ‘helps’ us it just isn’t a pleasant experience. I am sorry it has come to a review but, something should be done."
"I've shopped here a few times, and have ordered items from their website for me to pick up in store. The service has always been great, and the employees are very nice. The pick-up-in-store feature is really great. When you complete the purchase online, it will ask you if you want to try it on in store, if you want an associate to help you find a complete outfit, or if you want to have the order bagged and ready to go for pick up. I usually do the last option, and it's effortless--the only hold up would be if there was already a line at check out when I arrived."
