"I have shopped about every two weeks at this for this wonderful store for several years and I can truly say I have ALWAYS been warmly greeted at the door and often in the store as well as being asked several times by many staff if they could help me find something as I’m looking. The staff at this J.Jill, are very helpful in the dressing room, too! They ALWAYS ask if I need anything and gladly go get another size or color for me to try on. At the checkout, the staff have very helpful and have gone above and beyond, to look for an item that I asked about at the last minute to try to help me find that special item! Also, I have called this store many times and have asked if they could check to see if a particular item is available in my size, and they have ALWAYS checked on the item in the store and if they didn’t have it, they would let me know that it was available to order. Everyone, every staff member has ALWAYS been friendly and very helpful to me. I would gladly give the Manager and all staff at this wonderful store a 10 out of 10 STAR RATING!"

"This store has a very negative vibe. I shop here often. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN THIS STORE. Only one of the sales ladies greets you with a smile and helpful sweet demeanor. Corporate office needs to take a look here. Do it anonymously over 2 or 3 visits. You'll feel it, see it and experience it first hand. Had a guest in town and shopped here per her request since she doesn't have a store in her hometown. Without me saying a word she rushed over to me and said "I'm leaving this store!" The manager (I think) was unpleasant and off putting to my friend!!! If you care about your brand you'll do a shake up with this set of employees. Something is wrong here."

"I have been in this J.Jill store about 4 times in the past year. I often shop the website and have frequented other J.Jill locations for years. I have never felt welcomed in this store. I was greeted yesterday and that was the first time. I have shopped around and gathered items to try on but yesterday was the first time someone asked me if they could start a room for me. I didn't get the brunette Sales Associates name but she was polite and checked on me a bit later. After trying on my choices and shopping a bit more, I approached another employee to ask about some items I had seen on the website, starting with a chenille sweater. Her first response was, "Everything's 25% off." I hadn't asked about sales but okay. It was apparent everything was 25% off as the sign was located right at the entry but I am sure this is typical to let customers know as we don't all read signs. However, the way she responded gave me the impression I was bothering her. Especially when I asked about another item online and she said, "What do you mean? Everything's 25% off. If you don't see it here we can order it but you have to pay the shipping fee." While these things might all be typical responses one would want to know, it was the tone of delivery of the information, the fact that I had to seek the help out, and the overall feel from her that has solidified my decision to not enter this J.Jill in the future. I miss my J.Jill back in Village Point. The ladies were always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and positive."
