"I have used this service quite a bit over the years My last trip was early October 2019 it was the first return run from LAX 645 am. They have purchased a new fleet of shuttle vans with less seating I think it was about 12-16 seats total. Each pair of seats has 2 usb ports to share installed below the window. Seats are comfortable and the ride is not super bumpy like the vans they had in the past. If you have ever used them in the past and had a bad experience I would reconsider since the addition of the new vans and increased trip frequencies they are in the process of adding. Some areas of improvement for their service is some type of live tracking similar to what LAX uses on their buses in the terminal loop (Ride Systems) or even what our local bus service gold coast transit uses for customers to track when the next bus will be (NextBus). There have been many times in the past I was waiting for pick up at lax that they were not there way beyond the time it normally takes them to pick up at each terminal due to traffic. If there was some type of tracking I could have known ahead of time and can stay inside the terminal in the airline lounge, grab a bite to eat or something else instead of waiting in the very busy arrival level with lots of vehicle exhaust, people smoking and not many areas to sit down and relax for a longer period."

"There is NO information on the website or on their emails about the pickup location in Ventura. It is NOT visible from the hotel lobby, so you WILL miss your shuttle if you don’t know the secret location. It’s NOT refundable, and they make no apologies."

"Just want to express my frustration at the worst experience I have had with this service. I had to run down the driver because he would not acknowledge my hand or yells while I was standing in the curb waiting for the last 1.5 hours I will never use your service again .. I do not recommend this service.."
