Maybe you won't get any special pricing here, but the fact that they actually do it all themselves, including any service that you might need is a huge bonus. The last time we bought appliances, it was at one of those big box stores. We had a lot of trouble with our refrigerator, but every time I tried to talk to them, they acted like they didn't know who I was. Then they would give me a four hour window on a weekday as to when they might arrive. When they did arrive they often only looked at it to see what MIGHT need to be done.
