Domino's Pizza 5100 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003

"I made an order at about 11 in the morning, I waited about 30 minutes, and for about five minutes my order said it was delivered, but nobody was here. I called to ask if everything was fine, and the person I spoke to said that “there is only one driver and they are on multiple deliveries because for some reason everybody wants pizza this morning” Like is that an issue ?? Still waiting on it at the moment. But ouch…. Should matter when we want to order could’ve just told me driver is behind!!"

"They usually are ok with everything, but this last order. It really took an hour and a half to get the delivery. I used the app and it stated that it was on its way but still took over 40mins to get it delivered. The pizza wasn't even warm so I had to toss it into the toaster oven. So I also decided to call to check on the status on the delivery but they never answered the call I waited on the line for over 30mins, till the pizza finally was delivered and was never able to get someone at the location to answer."

"I placed an order online through the Domino’s website because they have good deals. I ordered 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, 16 parmesean bread bites, cinnamon twists, and a 2 liter coke for $21 after taxes. When I arrived at the store the manager greeted me and I received my food fresh. I recommend."

"I've complained to the manager before about the pizza being overdone and burnt. Today, I decided to post a review with pictures. The pizza is really hard and dry to chew, and as you can see, it's overcooked or burnt. I will not order from here anymore. Such a disappointment in food. It's especially tough for children to chew overdone pizza that's really dry and crunchy. It's not what's expected when you order pizza."
