"They have 5 people working with a small line. My order was just sitting there it's literally a pre-made tea and water. With no help from any employee. Probably the worst starbucks location I've ever been too. Sorry but your job is simple, AI will soon being your job lol"

"Great service and fast. Typical Starbucks experience which is nice. The only odd thing is that there is no place to sit down inside. Not a big deal but it’s a pretty small place. Other than that, I recommend stopping in for some coffee."

"This is a great Starbucks location by main street , this place was always my first stop before work. Loved the service and drinks were always handled with care. Seating and a general dining area is a bit lacking but there is a beach nearby and plenty of places to walk and explore in the area."

"This is a great little Starbucks location! Fast and friendly service even though it was busy at noon on a sunny weekday. I did find it odd that the space was too small for indoor seating. However, why would you want to sit in a crowded indoor space when you could sit outside on their patio listening to chill music from the outdoor speakers. Super atmosphere bonus, it's just a few blocks frome the ocean. I observed that most of the customers were making carry out orders, probably because there is no drive thru. This location has a decent amount of parking nearby so it makes sense that folks wouldn't mind walking in to get their Starbucks. If you are in downtown Ventura and you want a quick Starbucks, I highly recommend that you give this place a try."
