"I've been an avid gym goer for 3 years. I lost 70lbs through cardio and planet fitness. I then moved to 24hrs where I got serious about weight lifting. After 3 years of weightlifting, I was getting bored. I wanted to a change of pace and visited as well. I loved it! Although most of the exercises are really light weight, the pace of the workouts keep you going and really get your heart pumping. I'm now attending here 3x a week and doing weightlifting 2x a week."
