"I have bought many hats there and recently purchased one last Saturday. I didn't notice how bad the bill was stitched until Wednesday, when I was planning to wear it to a Dodgers game. I did not try the hat on as a COVID precaution and because it's a snapback. Unfortunately I discarded the receipt but still have proof through my credit card statement that I purchased it there. I tried to call them and state the issue but they won't allow exchanges without a receipt, even though I can prove I bought it there. That really sucks that they're selling such defective hats and then stating that it's up to the owner's discretion. This is just bad business."
