"The store is pretty good and merchandise at a good price, but one of the employees had poor customer service and was very rude. My wife and I went to grab some items, and as we were passing by a aisle, two employees, one guy and a lady, were joking and playing. As we were approaching them, the lady was walking backward to us, and she almost hit my wife. When the lady noticed that, she just turned around and continued walking with her coworker, and she didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I got mad because I expected, as a courtesy to the customers, to apologize, but that never happened. I confronted the lady and asked her to apologize for the incident, and she told me, "For what?". I couldn't believe that, and the guy responded: "We were just playing bro". I can't understand how these people can be working for one of the largest companies in the US and have this type of action towards the customer. If any manager or director of the company read this, please address this issue and resolve it. These employees must take some training or to ask for help if they don't feel comfortable working."
"Too many people just lost and blocking the aisles. Limited in certain items while other stores do have the same items and have more variety/choices. Too many (self declared non-English) speaking employees unable to assist with anything not sure if they’re there just to stock or restock. Do not recommend visiting unless you just don’t care."
"Purchased a individual slice of carrot cake, brand is Carlo's Bake Shop, for the price, I believe price is $ 3.98, the amount you get is a really good size. The taste for me was delicious, The cake alone had very good flavor. Then the frosting wasn't overly sweet , nor was it bland just right. If your a carrot cake lover you'll know what I mean, if your not you just might become one. I purchased it at the downey, ca super center. Will purchase again."
