The space is beautiful and clean and Eden is an exceptional instructor. She’s passionate about what she does and helps you perform the movements in a way that will fully benefit you while allowing space for modification. I can’t compare the sculpt class to other classes, since I haven’t attended them (yet!), but I personally love it. I go to the gym often to weight lift and do cardio and this class is perfect for getting a little pump and increasing your heart rate, but with slow and mindful movements. Can’t wait to try more classes!"
