"They have really nice looking gear. The hats are very cool and when I treat my hunny to a new hat this is where I like to go. However, we don't like how they hover over you and they are not great sales ppl. They make you feel very rushed. Not exactly pressured to buy anything, just rushed. Thye seem to be irritated showing you multiple selections and ESPECIALLY if you are struggling to make up your mind. Also, I bought a really cute popsocket with the LB. The LB fell off on 3 days and the top party broke of in a few weeks. It was junk and overpriced."
