The trainers are all great helping explain the exercise each round. They balance keeping you motivated and safe - correcting your form. "My husband and I are beginning our 3rd year at 9Round Long Beach - Naples. Our routine is Monday, Wednesday, Friday up at 5:45, walk into 9Round by 6:10, and back home by 7:00 having had a great workout. Both of us are 71, and really appreciate the individual attention to our training needs, and being able to really get a good workout. Mike, Madison and Shelby are great trainers!!!!!!"
