Once I was there I couldn’t believe how much I actually enjoyed lifting weights and the strength I’ve found. "If you want “just a gym”? Join boss! Get in and out with one hour effective workouts. If you want “a community”? Join boss! Come to workout and show up to all the other offerings like family blueberry picks, dog park meet ups and community walks/happy hours. The gym is clean. The workouts are thoughtfully curated. And I always leave feeling more athletic and focused than I am, ha! 10/10 for bossfit!"

"I have done two Boss Fitness programs; Hypertrophy and the Strength program. I loved both programs. It was only three days a week and I was able to see results. I also got good advice on my calorie intake for the program. The three days were upper body, squat and hinge focus but hit several muscle through out the 5 phases. Very pleased!"
