"Poor customer service (incompetent "business associates ") working there. Over the phone I canceled an order in the morning, person says she'll take care of it. I asked for an email confirmation, none came. 5-6 hours later, I got an email stating that this order was picked it up by me when I was physically working 50 miles away the entire day! In order to get my order canceled/refunded, I had to drive to that store and hand them my AT card to get my refund. Upon arrival, the guy who helped did No apologize for THEIR mess up. No sincerity whatsoever. Not going back. This USED to my favorite AT store; well NO MORE."
