Our Services:

- Pharmacy Services: Have you heard about our new pharmacy service, Open Door Rx? We are excited to extend our services to both private and Medicare patients. For more information or to schedule a service, please call us at (707) 268-3510.

- Vaccination Services: We require patients to bring their immunization card when attending vaccine appointments. Open Door patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or testing positive at home should contact their health center to request a COVID-19 vaccination appointment.

- Comprehensive Health Care: Our clinics are spread across California’s North Coast, ensuring that quality healthcare is accessible to everyone. We offer comprehensive dental care and behavioral health services to keep you smiling and support your mental well-being.

- Advanced Training Programs: Our Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) residency program includes a Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) training and a Procedure Clinic, equipping healthcare providers with essential skills to enhance patient care and improve access to healthcare services.

- Pediatric Care: Our Longitudinal Pediatric Clinic training ensures that our healthcare providers are well-equipped to offer high-quality healthcare for children, fostering healthier communities and supporting families in need of specialized pediatric care.

For established Open Door patients, we offer a walk-in health center for non-life-threatening conditions. Please note that we cannot see patients for work-related injuries, sports physicals, or medication refills. In case of life-threatening conditions, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Department.
