Open door clinic

Open Door Clinic, located on 3rd Street in Eureka, California, is a health institution dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care to improve the health and well-being of the community. Our services are now available to both private and Medicare patients, including our new pharmacy service called Open Door Rx. Patients are required to bring their immunization card to their vaccine appointment.

We also offer support and growth opportunities for newly graduated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
