The explanation and description of the items and services she provided was very thorough and easy to understand. Her talent as a designer really helped me to make the best choices that I would be happy with once everything was completed. The installation also went smoothly. Both of the installers (Everette and Marco) were very friendly and helpful, and finished the process in a very timely fashion. I will use this company again for my window treatments in the future!"

"I felt like all they cared about was selling me their products. They didn't do any customization. The quote was so basic it didn't offer any pricing differences based off choices. The first guy that showed up acted as if the type of blinds the home already has was impossible to replace based off fit and overplayed just how ingenious the creators of my blinds had been. The second was a lady and she acted like a know-it-all. I went with Rockwood instead."
