"Terrible return policy. Merchandise has to be tagged and perfect or they will reject a return even the next day with receipt! I like Lucky Brand jeans, but watch out for shrinkage. Purchased a flannel shirt ~ followed washing directions. It shrunk up at least one size to two sizes, did not fit at all. Tried to return as defective item ~ no go, I had washed it. Even with receipt, does not matter. I ended up just giving back shirt to manager and walking out of store frustrated. Will not shop there again. Better to buy, at costco or amazon who have good return policies."
"Fast friendly service. I'm asked immediately if I need help. In an instant I'm guided and loaded up on the best deals. At the register the helper's name is noted. There must be a monthly contest to see who helps the most guests!"
"The good part: their T shirts are the softer ever! They add something to the fabric that makes them so soft that if is fun to wear. 2 for $40. Not cheap. Not bad. The bad side: you will be lucky to find size or colors and you will even be luckier if someone will come to assist. If you do find T shirt by the size you are looking for. Get it before someone else will."
"Wife and I will not be back. We walked in and we're ignored by no less than 3 people there. Finally a gentleman came out from the back, with a smile on his face and asked if we needed anything. The girl who checked us out did not even make eye contact with us, or thank us for the business."
