"The store is a mess. Items scattered all over the shelves. The manager needs to take a vacation. She is rude and has never heard of customer service. I understand how one would be hating life if they are in their 50's and working a teenager's job. But that doesnt mean i should be treated like a 2nd class citizen just because you had the misfortune of being raised in the USSR and "upset" is your default mode."

"I like Ross for the most part, it’s always packed and messy with a long line. But today here at the Camarillo ross was the worst experience ever, I wouldn’t give this location 1 star if I could avoid it. Workers were rude, place was a wreck. Line took almost 2 whole hours. For some reason they had maybe 2 registers open. One worker said sorry everyone went to lunch at the same time. I seen I think a roach at the register upon checkout. This place needs major improvement & upper level assistance."

"Products might be brand name but they appear to be of bad quality, old, defective, and break within days. I bought a pair of #levis shoes, and with in 2 weeks maybe less one of the souls was unglued and falling apart inside the shoe. I also bought sunglasses #tahari and within a couple of days one of the screws came off and lense is unstable. Ross' has a not so friendly return policy. According to one of the employees you can only return items if they've never been used, in new condition, with a receipt and their tags. It makes me wonder, ...Do they put items back on the shelves and sell it to their customers...? I don't shop at #ross too often and I was unaware of their policy. But employee made it sound as, buy our old items, save receipt, keep them in new condition, don't use them, and then you can return them within 30 days. ...Or until we find onother way to not refund your money lol!"
