"This store has no ability to connect with TMobile “normal” customer service. Customer Service for this 3rd party “authorized retailer” is OFFSHORE and couldn’t verify my identity- and lots more issues- when I called. I spent 4 hrs so far trying to get a straight answer on a phone I bought 3 days ago at this location. They refused to call TMobile customer service on my behalf. The only thing this store will do is sell you a phone (and I suspicion it’s a refurbished phone) and charge you a $75 re-stock fee to return, even though the phone is lagging and freezing and won’t connect properly. I told them TMobile (corporate customer service) authorized the return due to faulty service and connectivity issues and they’re still trying to rip me off with a $75 restocking fee. I highly recommend not buying TMobile anything from a 3rd party. so-called “authorized retailer”."

"HONESTLY it's always better to visit a corporate store when dealing with cellphone companies. I thought this was one, but not the case. "Greetings, I'm in the ventura store. Rafel helped me . I came in with a phone issue he spent at least an hour with me. He was able to switch phone numbers to Another phone that I had purchased. It was seamless great customer service. I highly recommend you to come to the Ventura store T-Mobile.I followed them from the channel item store when they moved to Ventura .Thanks"
"Rafael was very helpful and friendly. We traded in and purchased two phones. Rafael worked to get us the best deal but didn't try to give us a hard sell. He transferred all our data and got us out of there in about two hours. Very happy with our experience at this store!"
