"I have been to quite a few VCA around the world. The SF team is simply a step above and beyond. By far, i have the most attentive and sweet Sales Associate. He goes above and beyond always to help me find things and setup a great shopping experience. Every trip is special. The Store Director here is super thoughtful and runs everything super smoothly."
"Bought our wedding bands here and totally regretted it. For anyone who read this, work with them as if THEY WILL MAKE MISTAKE AT ANYTIME. They don’t worth the trust. Don’t do engraving here. Give yourself a chance to return what you purchase from them. I visited the store and spoke with SA Evan, and followed their measurement procedure before making the purchase, ending up getting a loose ring. It’s so loose that it can fall off if I shake my hand. My biggest mistake is letting them do engraving. They won’t do anything for compensation or fix anything. Evan suggested us to add beads but Palo Alto store already told us it won’t solve our problem. We asked to speak with his manager but his manager never reached out to us to fix anything. They sell $2000+ rings but their service is more like a store which sells $300 stuff."
"Literally the worst VCA. I live in Las Vegas the home to high end boutiques. I wanted to walk in the store one afternoon. It was 3pm on a Wednesday. They said sorry you need an appointment. The place looked like a ghost town. I was like I’ll just wait for the next available person they said no. I was like, when is the next appointment? They said to go online. I told the front person to please ask the associate if there’s time later. They looked pissed that I even asked that a groaned as they walked over. He said yeah come back at 5:30. I was like, but you’re closed then? Then he laughed and said yeah so make an appointment. Utter disgrace. Also, you can’t actually make an appointment online, you have to wait until the store is open again and if they even answer. Went over to Cartier and had a lovely time, I’m a Cartier girl anyway and it was going to be my first experience in a VCA and it’s ruined."
"Awful experience. We travelled to SF on February 13th just for one day to explore around and have some fun on pre Valentine’s day. It was also meant to be a spontaneous romantic moment of me getting my wife an Alhambra bracelet she mentioned about before.. Little we knew we weren’t even welcomed in this store and were left on a doorstep stunned and speechless. Idk what VCA is trying to achieve, but after being treated literally like beggars by one of VCA employees I don’t think we will ever be back and ever get anything from them at all. Luckily there were some other high jewelers in the neighborhood, we had much better experience at Bulgari."
"Visited with my fiancé to purchase a necklace and was helped by Tommy. Absolutely the best jewelry buying experience I have ever had. It was a very nice and personal 1:1 shopping experience. Tommy was very patient and brought us out all the pieces we wanted to see/try. The rest of the staff that we interacted with were very kind and helpful as well. You need to make an appointment ahead of time. I had no issues calling in and making my appointment the day before. The bad reviews are from people that didn’t make appointments and are upset they weren’t helped when they walked in. We definitely will be coming back!"
