Urban Outfitters

"Urban Outfitters is Urban Outfitters. It was colder than expected in San Francisco, so we went shopping. Same clothes, same styles, different city. I will say that their clearance section was memorable. Apparently their changing rooms were closed, so people were stripping down to their undies and trying stuff on. Some poor teen turned a corner just in time to see an older lady stuffing herself into something that made her feel pretty and he tripped. He ran and got his dad who just stood and stared until Mom walked up and slapped them both in the back of their heads. I don't know if it's just that store and all the tourists who just didn't GAF, but the staff should've been more attentive to that section. Didn't bother me but there were some creepy people in there, too, and it escalated quickly."

"The store could definitely use some love. It’s a decent enough space, looks chic besides the complete hot mess that is the upstairs. The selection was ok. Definitely geared towards a specific demographic of shoppers. The employees are very nice, super helpful & kind."

"This is a great Urban Outfitters with a large selection. Multiple floors so you can find everything you need. Despite the larger size of this location, everything is very organized, especially the accessories that seem to be all over the place at many other Urban Outfitters. The staff is quite helpful and this store is conveniently located in the city."

"Excellent customer service and lots of awesome clothing. The sales are always great and I love the exclusive items. There are lots of stairs to climb for each level but there is a lift you can use. The space in the shop is open and everything is easily accessible."
